Another opportunity for Billy Bay to mislead our community. I don’t understand why you did that? Hi Michael, I listened very carefully to what Billy said and it makes no sense. I wish it did, but he claims that he has proved in the High Court that the process for this vote is unconstitutional. But how could he have done so if there was no hearing, no papers filed and no decision by the justice?
He is stating that he has sued Tom Rogers and the AEC but there was no suit because the initial filing was rejected outright. That is not to say that he can't appeal for leave for the case to be heard, but at this point, there has been no case, there has been no decision and there has been no victory. And victory is exactly what Billy said.

He clearly states he's proved it unconstitutional, meaning even if it is a yes vote, it can be challenged and overturned.
Someone had to challenge the referendum early, so it's on record.
