Hi Michael. Thank you for expanding on this topic. But I am very well aware that you spoke with at least one legal practitioner prior to doing this second interview with Billy Bay, compounding and reinforcing the errors of the first. That person informed you of the real fact that Billy Bay did not win his case. Instead, the case was not even heard. Yet you chose to go ahead with another interview. Another opportunity for Billy Bay to mislead our community. I don’t understand why you did that? But I would love to hear your explanation because I respect you greatly and have always loved your work with Cafe Locked Out and your courage in the face of great opposition.

In my opinion, Billy has a history of either not being completely honest about his actions or being so ignorant about what he is doing that his explanations come across as lies. I’m honestly not sure which. But I do know that there is such a huge amount of desperation to get back our freedoms, people will grab hold of anything if they think it will restore our freedoms. If only it were that easy! And you have a huge following who, due to your reputation for honesty, will believe anyone you endorse without necessarily doing their own due diligence which is kind of how we got into this whole COVID crap in the first place.

I’m not a solicitor myself, but you don’t need to be one to see the blatant lies here. Any more than you need to be a medical doctor to see the lies about vaccination. All you need is common sense.

Think about it. Does it make sense to claim a case was won when it wasn't even heard? Yet that’s all Billy Bay is claiming. He is praising God for a victory when he openly admits that the Justice refused to hear the case. His submission was, once again, deficient.

Just as it was when he tried to intervene in the AVN’s High Court challenge against the provisional approval of COVID jabs for infants and children. You were aware of that fact too, back then.

At that time, Billy Bay once again claimed victory - and what a negative victory it would have been had he had anything at all to do with our loss in the High Court.

And what did he actually crow about? He did a victory dance about stopping the good outcome that thousands of Australians who were doing it tough were supporting with their donations because they cared so much about protecting children as I and the AVN do too!

As I stated above, his intervention had absolutely nothing to do with our loss. But he did increase the cost to our donors by forcing us to respond to his submission which had no basis in fact or law. He also caused a great deal of stress to us and our hard-working solicitors, barrister and other advocates.

I believe that Billy Bay is a divisive and negative influence on our community. I have volunteered on this issue for over 30 years and it is very rare for me to come out publicly in this way to criticise someone who claims to be on our side in this way. Retiring from the AVN national committee has given me more freedom to speak about this issue and speak I will. I feel I had no choice but to do so in this case.

Unity is needed and Billy Bay’s actions destroy our united efforts so effectively, it is almost impossible to think they are anything but intentional.
