Many of those Michael interviews may not yet realise that you are contributing to a spiritual reframe of the Noosphere, the sphere of human thought enveloping the earth. Evolving from the New Thought movements of early 19th century, which questioned traditional interpretations of ancient scripts, New Thought, which has no fixed abode, has an emphasis on divine immanence and omnipresence. It did spawn a motley collection of autonomous spiritual groups which incorporated ideas from the teachings of Jesus from the New Testament and related beliefs systems including Taoist, Vedic, Muslim, Hindu and Buddhist cultures. .

Many ideas we have today about self responsibility and body autonomy, nutritional and mind body medicine , which challenge the medical fraternity, have evolved from that movement for change.............. We are not adrift in a sea of uncertainty. ...... Check out the writers who have perpetuated "New Though" ideas and you will find kindred spirits who all felt locked out of traditional religions but never gave up their belief that there is more to being human than meets the eye yet never wanted to be tied to any authoritarian church.

These are The Rules of the New Thought Movement of the 1800s . You might find different versions but the philosophy is the same .

" You will receive a body:

You may not like it but it will be yours for the entire period around.

You can't help not to learn lessons:

You are enrolled in a fulltime informal school called LIFE. Each day in this school you will have opportunities to learn or not to learn lessons. You may dislike the lessons or think them irrelevant and/or useful

You may not believe this but mistakes are lessons: Growth is through a process of trial and error. . Experimentation: The experiments that didn't work are as much a part of the process as the experiments that ultimately" work"

You may or may not learn lessons from others.

What you do learn will depend on how you judge yourself and others.

You may not like it but lessons are repeated until learned:

A lesson will be presented to you in various forms until you have learnt it. When you have learnt it you can go on to the next lesson.

Like it or not learning lessons does not end. There is no part in your life that does not contain its lessons. If you are alive there are lessons to be learnt.

"There" is no better than "here" When you there becomes "here" you will simply obtain another "there" that will again look better than 'here'".

Others are simply mirrors of you: You aren't likely to love or hate something about another person unless it reflects something you love or hate within yourself.

What you make or don't make of your life is up to you:

You have all the tools and resources you need. What you do with them is up to you. The choice is yours.

Like it or not your answers lie inside you: The answers to life's questions lie around and inside you. All you need to do is look, listen and to trust." Source: New Thought Phineas Parkhurst Quimby (1802–66)

Being an orphan, is far better than being a cowardly mutated sycophant, the truth is often revealed when the going gets tough. I saw this many times as a elite military trainer, and invariably I could predict who would fail to be 'Inarduis Fidelis'
