There’s a legal course of action required here if the victim wants to proceed. Not through the police’s bureaucracy but against them. If charges were laid, then dropped, this then opens the door to litigation. Not against the states NSW police department, but rather going against the individual officers who committed their crimes. Before covidity, Vic Pol paid out 3 million dollars for litigation against them. It doesn’t hurt them enough so go after the individual ones. There are people in our community that know how to use their system against them. If Jay wants some legal consultancy, there are avenues. I could perhaps have Jay join a group to get him started. Perhaps private message me if so.
Jay has endured hell, but the legal path can be excruciating as I know from personal experience, but the results bring conscious recovery to be in process.
