I am consistently inspired by your work and I sincerely hope you continue to be the light for many people, those who are just deciding to make a stand, those contemplating the same and those of us who have stood by your side on numbers of occasions.
Now that we’re, for the most part, back at work if that is our choice, I have chosen to use my time in front of those I have contact with to share the truth. As much time as I’m given with them I share things that should cause them to stand up or at least make them drop their indifference for those precious moments. We proved that for nearly 9 months that we didn’t need our jobs to survive and should me sharing parts of the truth with those people cause me to lose it again, it’s a price that I’m willing to pay.
We can’t afford to let apathy and indifference take any place in the next election or with the new bills they are pushing through to bankrupt us all.
We have been pushed to the side for the last 9 months and the momentum of the state government in Victoria has been dropped to push Victorians into a false sense of security.
Those that still peddle the wares of the tyrannical regime are doing so without the constant support of the MSM who seem to have taken a different path (with the exception of QLD). This silence is allowing the quiet voices of those who didn’t want to participate but did anyway (whatever the reasons), those who definitely don’t want any more, to begin speaking up, they just need someone confident enough to stand up and be loud enough to hear.
We should be that voice, give them a cause to rally behind.
On the subject of Epic Camp, I found a movement in South Africa called the Ubuntu Liberation Movement. This is basically an idea for community and unity, with everyone investing three hours per week into community projects and all those that participate, sharing the rewards. There is much more to it than can easily be explained, however the primary goal is a self-sufficient community that operates free of the constraints that the rest of the world is crumbling under, just like Epic, a group of people of one heart and one mind working towards the freedom of all.
Yes I also saw an article about the Ubuntu movement and was very impressed but could not see how it was a fit for our community but saved the reference feeling powerless to do anything Now after reading what you wrote I now see that I can at least I can circulate the information in my community for feedback to see who is interested. In my community there are many working very hard on many of these types of projects; community building, co-ops, etc. Maybe I may even be able to get this going myself. Epic was EPIC. The co-operative & warm atmosphere was something I had never experienced in my life. I am elderly & struggle most days but while in Canberra, I shared a tent, with a lovely women who drove me there, with the minimum of equipment & felt better than I have felt for 30 years. I live in Melbourne and now I avoid going to most places because of the horrific atmosphere & pompous superior attitude of the compliant. The upside is that I have now met so many lovely persons with the highest ethics, morals & integrity except for few I ever met before in over 70 years. 🙏😊💚
Thank you so much Lorraine for your beautiful description of Epic, I couldn’t have described it any better myself.
In my new “mission”, I encounter so many people who also feel powerless but unlike yourself, they chose to stay in their seats, just along for the ride on this train wreck waiting to happen. People are not confident enough to stand up by themselves, they are scared of the labels and exclusion, they are frustrated, still looking for a safe space to vent but still won’t stand, even though they know they are are not alone.
We are suffering from small people syndrome, where we think we are too small to have a voice, but if you’ve seen the video of Michael Bay addressing the room of (at that very instant) “former colleagues” he didn’t need a microphone to be heard, many of them scattered like cockroaches when the light is turned on. They were exposed and that’s all we have to do, continue to expose fraud, know your position with certainty and all they can do is insult you. Eleanor Roosevelt said it best with “no one can make you feel inferior without your consent” and “Never let anyone tell you that you can’t do something if they’ve never done it themselves”.
Ubuntu is an idea, it will be hard to implement and unfortunately won’t happen in Victoria where we are, as the premise is that you need a council on board for a start and they are too scared to stand up against the state. The other problem is people who are only in it for their personal gain, not community and will find a way to embezzle the benefits through maneuvering into positions. I definitely need to work through the principles and will be contacting Michael Tellinger for more information.
Remember those thoughts you had of Epic, inspire and share that ideal with as many people as you can, everyone is tired of the “system”, sick from everything shoved in our faces and down our throats. Selflessness instead of selfishness, involvement instead of indifference, the inconvenient truth instead of the comfortable lie. What we need is the love and community we felt at Epic, something that Cafe Locked Out has been offering from the start, challenging standards, changing minds, one hug at a time, one heart at a time.
The difficulty for men is they have been and are vulnerable to harsh penalties. If men are incapable of supporting their families through lack of work, sickness or injury, they are skating on thin ice and at risk of man-bashing. Larissa Waters was seen on National TV espousing male Firefighters were going home tired and likely to commit Domestic Violence on their spouse. The reelection of Scott Morrison came amid claims by Labor that they would ratchet up the penalties for men unable to support families, calling it coercion, encompassing virtually anything done or word said their partner may object to. Many male voters knowing someone unfortunate enough to have been hammered financially and having child access denied as a leverage point. 9 suicides a day occur, of which 7 are men. Instead of rubber bullets they are emasculated by an parasitic legal system that no one is allowed to speak about for fear of being jailed. In my mind many parallels exist between mandates to be jabbed and those meted out by Family Law System. Pauline Hanson had a Senate Inquiry regarding Family Law which received thousands of submission, but like adverse reactions to jabs they are conveniently described as confidential and hidden. MSM have highly biased reprting on both issues, if it's a man he's a murderer, if it's a woman she's mentally ill. Very little was heard of $200m Malcolm Turnbiull gave to women's groups to lambast men only to have women councilors hearing self admissions by women of assaulting their partners. Even the predominantly male Victorian police weren't prepared to loose a days pay, preferring instead to shoot protesters at the Shrine, who again were mostly male. Julia Guillard removed perjury from Family Law and many of the 365 x 7 male suicides can be traced back to this. So why would men risk everything they have worked for? Maybe an amalgamation of both groups could achieve better outcomes and put over zealous governments and Police on notice. The ice has cracked under men's right's and forcing jabs for the right to work is as insidious as other rights already lost to a mostly compliant and scared electorate. If we have a war, will men as in Ukraine be forced to fight? And what will they risk being accused of?

Psychologically humiliating, government mandated and ‘publicly enforced’ absurdities/rituals are causing me much pain and concern.
