Unsuspecting individuals receiving this notice will be shocked first and foremost, then angry for the affront, they are running a business, regardless whether you agree or not. They are making their bickies too, if you want to influence rather than provide excuses for resistance, put yourself in their shoes and ask yourself what you would be receptive to. More of the same BS approach we encountered only fuels defences. Perhaps they are not aware of the evidence etc...You can either get defensive with my response or ponder it. I really hope the latter, if we want to see change then we must be the change we want to see.
